    State Removal for Independence University/Education Dynamics

    We are no longer able to enroll students in Massachusetts for IU. Please add MA to the restricted states list for IU. IU will not be accredited through the state.

    Added a message “We are not accepting applicants from your area at this time” when MA is picked on the LP.

    Note, this is still affected by line 76 error, so I can not test.
