Ashford-A | Remove field

Currently there are two military affiliation fields that leads fill out. The first is the Y/N Military affiliation question and the second is the drop down menu where they select their military affiliation. From now on we would only like to have the Y/N Military affiliation question on the lead form. Please have the Military drop down menu removed by May 3rd.
