Anthem | Remove State Restriction – MED

It looks like there may be a type on the backend for Anthem_FCC [anfc] and Anthem_FCC_ Call Center [ancc]

Washington DC is restricted for Anthem Online, but a lead was sent to our “Bad” folder for a lead from Washington state. Please make sure only leads from Washington DC are restricted and not Washington state. Thanks!
