Remote to Rick’s PC and add FTP account

Below is the URL and your unique login to our vendor portal. Here you will be able to access the API specs, real time campaign stats, lead detail reports, etc. To access the API specs simply click on the ‘schools’ link in the upper left hand corner. You will notice that not all of the fields are required when pinging our API. However, I highly recommend passing as many fields as possible so that you get accurate matches as this will reduce the overall scrub rate. For example, you will notice that graduation_year is not required. However, our API will only restrict schools based on what you pass. So if you do not pass graduation_year, and a school requires certain graduation years, the school will still be shown and your lead may not qualify for that school.

Additionally, we require all recordings to be uploaded within 24 hours of the lead being generated. I have include the FTP specs below.

· File Naming Convention: PhoneNumber_AgentName_CallDate_RecordingNumber.wav

· For PhoneNumber please send the phone number that was sent with the lead, with no hyphens (ie 5851231234).

· For AgentName please send the agent’s name (or an internal ID), with no spaces or special characters. (ie JohnSmith).

· For CallDate, please send the date and time of the call in the format YYYY-mm-dd MMSS. If you cannot provide this format, please advise your account rep.

· For RecordingNumber, just send the number of the recording (if the recording is split into multiple recordings). If there is only one recording please set this to 1.

· Note: Please upload all call recordings within 48 hours.
