    Call Verify File is Not working

    The call verify file that Patrick created isn’t calculating. As Gina/Rick call the leads, the totals should update in the Update Tab. Do you have any idea how Patrick did it?

    IMPROVISED SOLUTION: To resolve the issue please type the name of the school in Column B identical to the label in the tab of the workbook. The cells will synchronize and the call totals should populate. See screenshot.
