    Delta Schools | Add new form field

    Delta has requested that we add a new question that applies to the CDL Training: Class A Tractor Trailer and Professional Driver Training programs only. Please add the below question and Option Labels: (This applies to ALL Delta schools – see attached FPIs)

    Field Label: “How do you plan to pay for your training?”

    Option Labels:
    Self-Funding
    VA/Military Benefits
    Employer Tuition Reimbursement/Sponsorship
    Personal Loan
    Financial Aid Assistance/Loan
    Family/Friend
    Not Sure
    Other

    This will be a REQUIRED question for the CDL program, but no invalidation will happen based on the answers.

    Dev of new dynamic field was added to all Delta schools forms.

    An example of this can be tested on MMTC with zip: 37011
