The College of Nursing has changed its name (effective immediately) to: College of Nursing and Health Care Professions

o Please update your copy to reflect this change asap.

· Please note that the following programs are moving to the College of Nursing and Health Care Professions – please update your creative accordingly; HOWEVER, these programs will stay in their assigned Budget Groups. Refer to our updated Budget Guidelines for more information (attached).

o Bachelor of Science in Health Science in Professional Development and Advanced Patient Care

o Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration

o Master of Science in Health Care Administration

o Master of Science in Health Care Informatics

o Master of Public Health

· Attached is a Change Request Form to delete MN from your state restrictions list for the following programs:

Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Christian Ministry
Ed. D. in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Special Education
Ph.D. in General Psychology with an Emphasis in Integrating Technology, Learning, and Psychology
Ph.D. in General Psychology with an Emphasis in Performance Psychology

· Please confirm with me (and Amanda) that the state of MS is included in your State Restrictions list for ALL Undergraduate Programs.

· REMINDER – On page 7 of GCU’s Form Posting Instructions (attached), the following question must appear as a Health Care qualifying question on all forms: “Associates Degree or over 60 credits and Licensed Health Care Professional – Are you a licensed Health Care Professional with an Associates Degree?”

· These changes are DUE: Thursday, November 15th.
