    GCU | Re-assign programs on LP — Due Nov 15th

    Please create a new ‘heading’ in the program dropdown called ‘College of Nursing and Health Care Professions’ and move the following programs under this category. (Remove them from the heading they were listed under previously).

    Bachelor of Science in Health Science in Professional Development and Advanced Patient Care

    Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration

    Master of Science in Health Care Administration

    Master of Science in Health Care Informatics

    Master of Public Health

    Also, please confirm the following is on our form as well:
    The following question must appear as a Health Care qualifying question on all forms: “Associates Degree or over 60 credits and Licensed Health Care Professional – Are you a licensed Health Care Professional with an Associates Degree?”

    In the vendor docs posted above, it shows “Modality” as a non-hidden field and a value of “2” I’m assuming this should be hidden (it is on our form now) but just want to make sure.
