Allen Online | Update field and copy – MEDIUM

The Allen School is rolling out the below TCPA updates that MUST be implemented ASAP.

1. Please update the field “expressconsent” to “TCPAexpressconsent” as noted in the Form Post Instructions.

2. A Checkbox must be on all forms and in order for a lead to pass through, the lead must have checked this box.

3. Please use the following language along with the checkbox:
“By submitting this form, you are giving your express written consent for the Allen School of Health Sciences to contact you regarding our educational programs and services using email, telephone or text – including our use of automated technology for calls or texts to any wireless number you provide. This consent is not required to purchase goods or services.”
