    NOTE: The pub_ids need to alternate depending if a Undergrad or Grad program is selected. Also, the Edu Level filters need to be updated based on the addition of Grad Programs

    Will finish up the EDU Level filter tomorrow; need to set which levels can apply to which at bottom of ashford javascript

    Ashford LP is updated with new Master Programs, pub_id alternates, and Edu level filters; will test when Howard updates the program list.
