Brightwood College | Multiple Updates due 9/28

The below changes have been made for Brightwood College and are reflected in the attached FPIs.

-Added programs may go live immediately
-for the degree level change the new values can post immediately and the old ones will start being rejected on 9/28

-Removed Programs will be effectively removed on 9/28

-Medical Assistant Diploma has been changed to Medical Assistant certificate in Beltsville and Towson

-The following additions have been made at the program level:
Electrical Technician cert in Charlotte
Vocational Nursing in Modesto
Criminal Justice in Sacramento

-The following programs have been removed at the program level:
Oil Field Operator in Bakersfield
Medical Asst Diploma in Corpus Christi
Nurse Aide in Ingram
Electrical Technician cert in Riverside
Nurse Asst Training and Medical Practice Management in San Diego
Nurse Asst in Vista
