    FROM CLIENT:

    When I pulled the lead information I see that the level of education value submitted is “Bachelor\\’s Degree”. The value in the FPI is “Bachelor’s Degree”. The slashes could be the issue here.

    Looks like that was an LX problem with the slashes… Ask them how this test looks, as it looks like the campaign is paused.
