IWU | New Routing System – Due 12/19/12
New routing system and all values have changed. Campaign will need to pause, so do not start implementation until 12/14.

All lead_destination values and program values have changed. The zipcodes have been updated too.
12/19/12 – Updated LX.COM, LX.NET. Updated FPIs. Notified Howard. Notified Vendors.
Please update on landing page. NOTE: Since the lead_destination now has 2 values, remove the ‘campus’ field from the form and make it a hidden field instead. Let me know if you have questions.

From the client:
1681 is for online in-state Indiana, which is broken out by zip codes for the state.
1682 for online is for outside of Indiana where the state by state accreditations come into play. Therefore this is a state-by-state allow/deny. -
Emailed Client again because we’re missing zipcodes for lead_destination 1682 and because there are KY zips for lead_destination 1681 which should only be Indiana.

12/26/12 – I received more clafication from the client. She made a mistake previously:
Regarding 1681, I thought all of the zips were in Indiana, but I’ve been corrected and 1681 includes zips for the states where there is a campus, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. The states that 1682 can not run in are outlined as “deny” on a state basis in the “states” file on the portal.

Need to send out this form:
Hidden field “lead_destination” value should change based on the zip code entered. Value should be “1682” for the majority of zip codes and “1681” based on the attached list.

John said that Howard should have some function for this built in on his side.
Can you confirm with Howard that his end is modifying “lead_destination” based on zip code? It also looks like his program list is the one we had before (with duplicate entries for the programs).
I’m getting the error “Invalid program/campus combo selected” when submitting a zip code from the “Accepted 1861” list.
I think the process should be something like in the attached file, with the majority of U.S. zip codes being accepted as 1862 (or denied on the front-end if they were on that other list).

1/2/13 – sent to Howard because lead_destination and vendor fields aren’t populating.

1/16/13 – Howard said he applied the update and was able to submit a successful lead (via .COM). Do you want to try sending one on .NET?
