    Keiser Ground Rejections – HIGH

    For months now, leads get stuck in LX and are flagged as bad, but are actually good for Keiser [kegr]. I push them thru manually. The vendor is getting annoyed that this keeps happening and said they aren’t going to run this campaign anymore if these errors keep happening because it causes them to keep pausing the campaign. I attached the leads this happened to this month so far. Can you please adjust the backend so this doesn’t happen anymore. Seems to refer to the Edu Level and program selected.

    Fixed this issue:

    For future reference: got rid of the ! before (($_REQUEST[‘ed_level’] == ‘High School Senior’ && $_REQUEST[‘gradyear’] == 2016))
