    Built in LX, but when I tried to test I got backend errors:

    State: program unavailable in your state
    WhenStart: Have to want to start between now and 3 months

    State is NY and When start is the 0-3month option. Any idea if I should change anything?

    they are using WhenStart instead of whenStart with a lowercase w

    I updated the backend to account for that just incase any other vendor uses the WhenStart .. it can be a lil confusing because of the posting docs

    tested using the same posting string as the client
