Passing Value for Military field is wrong — Should be 1 or 0. Please fix on Backend and LP

I changed the value for Military, but if I pass it either as blank or if I pass it as no affiliation to Military (0) I get an inhouse error:
military: ‘Check here if you are a veteran, active military or dependent’ is required
Also, SubID is not passing TCD for some reason, I have it on the landing page… is there some PHP file overriding the landing page’s value?

on the backend there no error built for the military parameter and there isn’t an override for SubId
is there something in the lx admin dashboard that could cause that ?

on the posting string it looks like military = 0 or a subid wasn’t sent over

So, I tried testing twice just now, once with Military set to Yes, one set to No.
The Yes was Rejected by client, the No was accepted by client:
