    As per the client, please add this value to the education level dropdown (use it for display and passing value)
    Incomplete HS Diploma

    Have to send this to Regil; Add “Incomplete HS Diploma” as an option to “education_level” If selected, we need it to pop up a message saying “Sorry, Education Level Not High Enough”
