NCU | Add field on Landing Page Only

NCU wants the below question added to the landing page, however, the value does not have to pass over to them. They don’t want to receive leads that say “no” to being a citizen. They didn’t provide a parameter because they want this done before the lead is sent over to them. Can you just add this question to the landing page so I can send them a screen shot?
