Virginia College | Multiple Updates due 9/28

The below changes have been made for Virginia College and are reflected in the attached FPIs.

-Added programs may go live immediately

-for the degree level change the new values can post immediately and the old ones will start being rejected on 9/28

-Removed Programs will be effectively removed on 9/28

-Business Office Specialist Diploma, Customer Service Professional Diploma and Sales Professional Diploma were changed to certificate at the following locations:
Augusta, Columbus, Macon, Savannah

-The following programs have been added:
Pastry Arts to baton Rouge
Medical Office Management to Jacksonville
Network Engineering to Lubbock
BS in Paralegal Studies to Online

-Medical Office Administration has been removed from Columbia campus
