    We are going back live with the Lincoln Education Schools [linc]

    There are several Lincoln Branches and each must have its own landing page (Pat – I think we have almost all of them built already except Euphoria)

    Landing page has errors

    the last name input input name is city instead of LastName

    there’s no start dropdown
    and a lot of question repeat

    I tested is using the correct parameters
